A few things I learned by practicing yoga

Hi! I am excited for this new platform on which to share my wisdom of both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 1995 and currently teach in my online studio called Purple Room Yoga .  Through my decades of practice, I have deepened my understanding of the yoga poses, the yoga practice, and myself. The beauty of yoga is that it is a journey that has no finish line. Each practice is a new opportunity to learn something new about yourself and how you move through the world, both your physical movement and your mindset. If you are interested in learning more about all aspects of the yoga practice, keep reading! Thanks for joining me!
